Utility Services

The various utility services available at the manufacturing facility include the following :

Air Handling System

  • All areas, including the manufacturing areas are provided with dedicated air handling units, with individual department wise cooling systems and air filtration systems i.e. pre-filter (10 microns), micro filters (3 microns) & HEPA at terminal outlets (0.3 microns) in core areas. The required set of environmental conditions like temperatures, % RH, differential pressures, etc. will be maintained as defined. In addition to this, dehumidifiers are also provided as per the requirements in some critical areas to cater to individual product needs.

Steam Generators

  • Non IBR Type Diesel Fired Boilers (2 Nos.)

Process Cooling

  • Cooling Tower

Compressed Air Generators

  • Reciprocating Compressors (3 Nos.)
  • Bank of above Compressors fitted with suitable Filters & Dryers to provide Oil, Moisture & Particle free Air for Pharma Applications, networked through PPCH pipelines to the various User Points

Vacuum Generators

  • Vacuum Pumps (4 Nos.)

Sugar Transfer System

  • Vacuum based Sugar Transfer System designed & installed to transfer Raw Sugar from Dispensing Area to the Manufacturing Area through SS Pipelines

Purified Water Generation & Distribution System

  • Two Pass RO-EDI based Fully Automatic Purified Water Generation System which is Sanitizable using Steam coupled with Water Circulation Loop as Specified by WHO complete in all respects

Material Transfer Systems

  • Dedicated Motorized SS Lines are installed for transferring vehicles like Sorbitol, Glycol, etc. for Liquid Oral use from Dispensing Area to the point of use

Material Sampling & Dispensing

  • Separate Sampling Booths for Active & Inactive Materials with RLAF
  • Separate Dispensing Booths for Active & Inactive Materials with RLAF

Safety Systems

  • Pressurized Fire Hydrant System as per Fire Safety norms is installed in place

Eco-friendly Systems

  • Effluent Treatment Plant installed as per MPCB Guidelines & the treated effluent is used for toilets flushing & gardening
  • RO Reject Waste Water is Softened & used for toilets, bathrooms, cooling tower, boilers etc
