Mr. Amar Parge

Promoter Director – Marketing & Finance

Mr. Amar Parge holds graduate degrees in science (B. Sc.) and pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from the prestigious Universities of Pune and Mumbai respectively and has a vast professional experience of more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry in general with special expertise in the business domains of marketing, finance & administration.

It was his idea, vision and ambition that led to the conceptualization & execution of the Zusamen project which is all set to raise the profile of the Libra Group of Companies several notches higher.

Mr. Abhay Parge

Promoter Director – Plant Operations

Mr. Abhay Parge holds a post-graduate degree in the field of pharmacy (M. Pharm.) from the prestigious University of Pune and has more than 23 years of rich professional experience in the domains of manufacturing, product development & costing and productive plant operations along with valuable exposure to the regulatory and QA / QC aspects in the pharmaceutical space.

He also has a sound exposure to all aspects of setting up pharmaceutical projects in conformity with stringent national & international regulatory standards.

Mr. Umesh Parge

Promoter Director – Business Development

Mr. Umesh Parge is a commerce graduate (B. Com.) from the prestigious University of Pune and has more than 18 years of rich professional experience in spearheading the marketing & sales efforts of the Libra Group of Companies in both the domestic and international (ROW) markets.

His networking skills and innovative ideas, coupled with a global outlook, have been instrumental in helping establish business links in several overseas markets in the pharmaceutical sphere.

Dr. Sudhir Pandya

Director – Quality Assurance

Dr. Dr. Sudhir Pandya holds two Ph. D. degrees along with post-graduate degrees in pharmacy (M. Pharm.) and management sciences (M. M. S.). He has been associated with the pharmaceutical industry for the past 35 years, having worked in the areas of production, quality control, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, formulation development and analytical development for reputed companies.

He has been instrumental in developing more than 40 products and several analytical methods pertaining to sophisticated instruments. He has several publications (including 2 books) in reputed national & international journals to his credit and has delivered several presentations at prestigious industry forums.

In the academic space, he has been a visiting faculty to many pharmaceutical and management colleges and is on the teaching panel of various reputed institutions. He is presently a Professor at the Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Pharmacy.

He is also affiliated to various professional organizations including being a member of the scientific committee of the Indian Pharmacopoeial Committee since 2012.

Dr. Shrirang Shirole

Director

Dr. Shrirang Shirole holds a post-graduate medical degree (M.D.) in the specialization of
Pediatrics and has been the leading pediatrician in the city of Pune for a considerable
period of time.

Mr. Parag Joshi

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Parag Joshi has earned graduate (B. Tech.) and post-graduate (M. Tech.) engineering degrees from I. I. T., Bombay, the premier engineering & technology institute of the country.

He has more than three decades of professional experience across various national and multi-national organizations in the fields of engineering design & consultancy, Information Technology, metals and cement and has handled various industries & sectors (power, iron & steel, public health & sanitation, glass, cement, tyres, pharmaceuticals, defense equipment, IT, data analytics, etc.) and performed a range of functions (R & D, design, engineering, projects, erection & construction, finance, marketing, quality control, operations & maintenance, general management, etc) in various senior leadership roles.

Mr. Ravindra Joshi

Director – Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Ravindra Joshi holds a graduate degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from the prestigious University of Pune together with a graduate degree in law (LL.B.). He has vast experience in the field of regulatory affairs of the pharmaceutical industry, having served long stints as Drugs Inspector and Asst. Commissioner (Drugs) in FDA, Maharashtra across several locations.

Presently, he shares his considerable expertise with several pharmaceutical companies in various advisory capacities and has also delivered more than 200 lectures at various forums on the legal and regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Bharat Balvalli

Director

Swaradhish Dr. Bharat Balvalli is a young, legendary classical singer with a keen interest in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields, especially in the pure medicine, dermatological and formulation development space. He develops innovative research oriented concepts and ideas in these domains on a continuous basis.

He believes that music is the ultimate medium of bringing about individual upliftment, social transformation and spiritual enrichment. He is also deeply conscious of discharging his social responsibilities and undertakes wide ranging social welfare activities on a large scale with a special focus on the Indian Armed Forces on various platforms through his NGOs.

He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by the D Y Patil University in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the field of music and nation building activities.
